How do I cancel my table/area booking and get my deposit back?
Bookings are managed by venues themselves, therefore to cancel your booking and request your deposit, you need to speak with them directly.
The easiest way to get in touch is to simply reply to any bookings emails they have sent you regarding your enquiry/deposit as this lands with their reservations team immediately.
If you are unable to find your email then please contact them via their website.
If you have not heard from them, we can chase them up for you but unfortunately we are unable to make changes within their system due to General Data Protection Regulation.
