I have a complaint about an event or booking

Firstly we’re so sorry to hear you haven’t had the experience you hoped for!

DesignMyNight act as a self-service ticketing and booking software that venues and event organisers use to manage their bookings and ticket sales. Therefore, unfortunately, we have no control over how the event is run. Any cancellations are decided and communicated to their customers by the event organiser/venue themselves. They also decide and process their own refunds.

If you wish to make a complaint, it's best to speak to the venue/event organiser directly so they can address what went wrong and how they can rectify it for you.

For tickets: Their email address is located on your ticket, confirmation email and in the 'My Account' section on DesignMyNight.com.

For bookings: The easiest thing to do is to simply call or email them, so the reservations team at the venue can pick up any messages directly.
