Why have I been refunded?

All events are managed by the event organisers directly so they would have been the ones who processed the refund for you.

During the refund, they have the option to disclose the reasons for the refund or they may have chosen to email you the information separately. Please double-check your inbox or spam in case it might have fallen into there.

If they have not given any details, please contact them directly. Their email address can be found on your ticket or you can contact them via the event page by just clicking ‘Contact Organiser’.
