How do I gain access to a virtual event

For virtual events, the details on how to join are provided by the team at the event directly. Usually the organisers will provide an indication on the event page or on your tickets of when to expect this.

Remember to check your junk/spam folder if you've not received the details on how to join the event.

Any queries drop them a message directly, their email address is located on your tickets and confirmation email. Alternatively, you can also contact the organiser directly through the site! On the event page just click the "organiser" tab, and select how you'd like to reach them; You can send them an email through the site, or follow the links to their social media channels.

Please note the QR code on your ticket is for the ticket scanner which is used by some event organisers to check in attendees for in-person events. These are not used for virtual events.
