How do I get my deposit refunded?
Venues use our software to manage their bookings and deposits or payments. To request a refund, you will need to speak with the venue directly.
The easiest way to get in touch is to simply call or email the venue so that their reservations team can follow up on your enquiry.
If you are unable to find their email address, most venues allow you to contact them via their website also.
If you have not heard from them, we can chase them up for you - but unfortunately, we are unable to make changes within their system due to General Data Protection Regulation.
