I got an error code at the checkout and wasn't able to buy tickets but I have still been charged
When your bank declines a transaction, you may still see a “pending charge” on your statement where they lifted the amount. However this isn't a true charge, and it will disappear. You can check with your bank who can confirm this.
If your payment has been successful, you should receive a confirmation email. Please double-check that money has not already come out of your account before attempting to buy again.
