We're days away from Christmas and my booking hasn't been confirmed
Firstly, please check your spam folder as emails are sent by the venues directly through the system, and sometimes email providers may filter them into spam folders in error.
If your confirmation email is not in your spam folder you will need to speak with the venue as they manage their bookings and take payments directly using our software and we don't have access to their bookings.
The easiest thing to do is simply call or email them, so the reservations team at the venue can pick up any messages directly.
