Why can't I redeem my Reward Points?

In order to redeem your reward points, you must have earned a minimum of 500 points (£5.00).

The rewards scheme is to help you discover new and exciting events, therefore you cannot use points to purchase tickets to an event you have already attended. In other words, If you earned the points on an event, you will not be able to use them on the same event again. You can however redeem them on any ticketed event across the site :)

Please note, reward points cannot be used against table bookings or vouchers - only ticketed events.
