Can I have my tickets refunded/ cancelled?
In accordance with our terms and conditions, all tickets sold are non-refundable & non-transferable. However, the final decision lies with event organiser so you will need to ask them directly.
The organisers email address is supplied on your ticket and confirmation email. Alternatively, you can reach them easily from 'My Account', by heading to the tab titled "My Event Tickets". Here, you can locate the event, and click 'contact organiser' to send them a direct message.
Please note that DesignMyNight do not run any of the events listed on our site. We simply act as a ticketing platform and software provider for event organisers to sell and manage their ticket sales. Therefore, all refunds are decided and processed by the organisers themselves. Unfortunately this is not something that we can do on their behalf, but if you have not heard from the event organiser after 2 weeks then please get in touch so we can try and find an alternative contact for you.
