Can I have my tickets refunded/ cancelled?

All refunds are decided and managed by the event organisers directly, in line with their terms & conditions.

On your ticket, it will state that they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so it's completely at the discretion of the event organiser as to whether they are able to assist.

Their email address can be found on your ticket.

Alternatively, you can reach them via our website. Just head to 'My Account', followed by "My Event Tickets". Here, you can find the event and click 'contact organiser' to send them a direct message.

Please note that DesignMyNight does not run any of the events listed on our site.  We simply act as a ticketing platform and software provider for event organisers to sell and manage their ticket sales. Therefore, all refunds are processed by the event organisers themselves. Unfortunately, this is not something that we can do on their behalf, but if you have not heard from the event organiser after 2 weeks then please get in touch so that we can try and find an alternative contact for you.
