I have vouchers but am receiving an error message at checkout

Below are the 2 most common reasons for vouchers not applying in the checkout:

  1. Typo - Some letters and numbers might not be easily distinguishable in certain fonts chosen by the event organiser. If your code features the following, double-check to ensure you have typed it correctly: 1/i/l, o/O/0. The best thing to do is copy and paste the code directly from your digital voucher!
  2. If you have more than one. Lucky you! However, some events and experiences only permit 1 voucher code per order.
