Where are my tickets?

Your tickets will be attached to your order confirmation email.

You can also access them from your DesignMyNight account.

- If you have not seen your confirmation email:

Search your inbox for an email from noreply@designmynight.com and double-check your spam folder. If you cannot find it, then you may have entered your email address with a typo. Please contact us so that we can have a look.

- To access your tickets from www.designmynight.com:

Log onto the website and click your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select 'my tickets'; then click 'download tickets' under the correct event listing.
