Have I been charged multiple times?
Firstly, double-check if the transaction is showing as complete or is 'pending' with your bank.
'Pending' charges on your statement occur when your bank has set aside the funds for your attempted transaction, it’s not unusual for it to also appear after a declined transaction too.
If the transaction fails it should simply disappear as soon as your bank or credit card company sees that the payment didn't go through. Mostly this will remove itself within a week depending on your bank/card issuer. If it is still showing after this time we recommend you speak with your bank.
During checkout please make sure all of your bank details are filled in correctly - if the browser auto-fills your card, make sure the postcode and CVC (3 digits security number) on the back of the card are there too as browsers sometimes skip those!
