I didn't get a confirmation email for my booking

Most commonly this could be caused by the email falling into a junk folder, or sometimes a small typo on the email address entered when booking. 

Venues manage their bookings directly using our software, so the best thing to do is contact them directly and ask them to resend it to you. Please refer to their website for the best contact address. Unfortunately we are unable to send confirmations or view your booking details due to General Data Protection Regulation.
