I didn't get a confirmation email for my booking

This is usually caused by the confirmation email falling into a junk folder or a typo in the email address entered when booking.

Venues manage their bookings directly using our software, so the best thing to do is contact them and ask them to resend the email for you. Please refer to their website for the best contact address.

Unfortunately, due to General Data Protection Regulation, we are unable to resend confirmation emails or view your booking details.
