How do I make changes to my pre-order?
Venues manage their bookings directly using our software, so for any order enquiries, you will need to speak with them directly as we do not have access to their system.
The easiest thing to do is to simply call or email them, so the reservations team at the venue can pick up any messages directly.
For pre-orders relating to ticketed events, the organiser’s contact email can be located on your ticket and confirmation email so you can also reach out to them for any amendments.
