I can't make a payment at checkout

If there was an unknown error or a time-out we recommend logging out of DesignMyNight and closing any DMN tabs, then logging back in to try again.

The most common error that our customer encounter is 4117-2 which indicates there is something missing from the checkout. It could be a few things, such as logging in with a Facebook account that has a private email address or using a saved card.

We suggest: 

> Log out of your DesignMyNight account and close all of your tabs.

> Open a new browser and log into your account using your email address and password, not Facebook. Then head to the event page.

> Please make sure all of your bank details are filled in correctly - If the browser auto-fills your card, then make sure that card is still valid and the postcode and CVC/security 3 digits on the back of the card are there. (Explorer and Firefox sometimes skip those!)

Sometimes 'Adblocker' can interfere with the widget, so please delete that if need be.
