Where is my ticket refund?

If you haven’t heard back from the event or venue:

- Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for the event organisers or venue to respond to your request and please make efforts to chase them when appropriate.

- If you haven’t received a response from them after 7 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you in following up with them.

Please note that event organisers are usually out of office on weekends and Mondays so it may take them a little while to respond during these times.

If the event/venue has contacted you to confirm they've issued a refund:

- Funds can take up to 5 - 10 working days to show in your account.

- Find the original transaction on your statement, to ensure you are checking the account that you purchased tickets with; refunds are always reversed back to the exact debit or credit card used to pay initially.

- If it has been over 10 days, we recommend reaching out to your bank or card issuer who can assist in locating the funds.

All refunds for cancelled events are the responsibility of the event organisers.
