Where is my ticket refund?
If you haven’t heard back from the event/venue:
- Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for the event organisers/venue to respond to your request, and please make efforts to chase them when appropriate.
- If you have no response from them in 7 days, please submit a message to DesignMyNight here so we can assist you in following up with them
Please note that event organisers are usually out of office on weekends and Mondays so it could take them a little while to respond during these times.
If the event/venue have contacted you to confirm they've issued a refund:
- Funds can take up to 5 - 10 working days to show in your account.
- Find the original transaction on your statement, to ensure you are checking the account that you purchased tickets with; refunds are always reversed back to the exact debit or credit card used to pay initially.
- If it has been over 10 days, we recommend reaching out to your bank or card issuer who can assist in locating the funds.
All refunds for cancelled events are the responsibility of the event organisers to issue.
